The drivers Kyle and David are especially courteous, friendly and well mannered. The company does it's best to accommodate needs of clients, but unfortunaelty the main office over extends themselves in terms of getting as many pickups as possible in one day. In turn it results in a rushed and overall potentially unsafe experience for passengers. The office is in constant contact with the drivers who are constantly on their phone talking as well as TEXTING AND DRIVING during the pickups and patient drop-offs, which is highly unsafe and concerning even more so when transporting the elderly and handicapped.
