Very unsatisfied with a dry cleaning and press of a White Dinner Jacket. The press was just awful, with both lapels presses all the way down to the bottom of the jacket, and not where the line was supposed to be. The fold at the lapel was to stop just above the button. They offered to repress the Jacket, however they could not have it done in less than 5 working days from today. As I need this formal jacket for a meeting 1000 miles away and I am leaving in 1 day, I have to see if I can get this redone somewhere before my meeting. This was the worst I have ever had a jacket done at a cleaners. This was the second time I was dissatisfied with the service of Home Town Cleaners, and I will not utilize them again nor will I recommend them to anyone needing service of this kind.
